摘　　要：现代化教育事业的长足发展,推动了我国教育教学观念的更新和教学模式的转变。公共体育作为职业院校课程体系的重要构成部分,肩负着增强学生的身体素质和培养学生综合素质的重要作用。当前职业院校公共体育课程的教学模式遵循课内外一体化原则,经过一段时间的践行和应用,公共体育课内外一体化教学模式已经取得初步成效。如何进一步挖掘公共体育“课内外一体化”教学模式的优势,优化“课内外一体化”教学模式的运行效果,成为现阶段职业院校相关教师的研究重点。The rapid development of modern education has promoted the renewal of educational concept and the transformation of teaching mode.As an important part of the curriculum system of vocational colleges.public physical education plays an important role in enhancing students'physical quality and cultivating students'comprehensive quality.The current teaching mode of public physical education in vocational colleges follows the principle of integration in and out of class.After a period of practice and application,the integrated teaching mode of public physical education in and out of class has achieved initial results.How to further explore the advantages of the teaching mode of"integration inside and outside classes"in public physical education,and optimize the operation effect of the teaching mode of"integration inside and outside classes"has become the research focus of relevant teachers in vocational colleges and universities at the present stage.
