摘 要:为更好促进线上体育网课发展,提高线上体育网课教学水平,帮助学生发展提高耐力素质,利用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实验法等实验方法针对南京市3所高校非体育专业学生共计391人假期前后及体育网课开课前后耐力素质变化情况予以研究。结果发现,线上体育网课能在一定程度上帮助学生提升耐力素质,其中针对男生较为显著,针对女生不显著。为此,在此后开展线上体育网课时更应考虑因材施教,制定个性化体育教学方案,推动体育网课进一步发展。In order to accelerate the development of Online physical education,improve the performance of teaching online and help students to promote endurance quality.The changes of endurance quality of 391 non-pe majors in three universities in Nanjing before and after vacation and before and after the opening of online physical education courses were studied by using the methods of questionnaire survey,literature review and experiment.The results show that online sports courses can help students to improve endurance quality to a certain extent,which is signif icant for boys,but not signif icant for girls.For this reason,after the development of online sports network class hour because of the consideration of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,designated personalized physical education teaching program,promote the further development of sports network lesson.
