摘 要:为解决反渗透系统的微生物污染导致系统压差的急剧增长,并由此引发停机和化学清洗问题。以预处理后的钢铁工业废水作为水源,探讨超低压差膜元件和定期冲洗在微生物污染控制中的作用效果,并依托工程化的对比运行实验进行评估。长期运行结果表明,2种措施均可有效延长系统清洗周期;而2种措施同时采用时,平均化学清洗周期可从16.9 d提升至30.7 d,效果最优。In order to solve the microbial pollution of the reverse osmosis system,the pressure difference of the system increased dramatically,which caused shutdown and chemical cleaning problems.The effectiveness of ultra-low pressure difference membrane element and periodic flushing on the microbial pollution control was discusses,and the pretreated industrial steel and iron wastewater as the water source,and relied on the engineering comparative operation experiment to evaluate.The long term operation results showed that,the two measures above were able to extend the cleaning cycles,when the two measures were adopted at the same time,the average chemical cleaning cycle could be increased from 16.9 d to 30.7 d,and the effect was the best.
