摘　　要：在中央政法工作会议上,坚持和完善中国特色社会主义政法工作体系被首次提出,同时明确了开展新时代政法工作的大政方针,是新时代政法工作的根本遵循。本文从坚持党的绝对领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持依法治国、坚持总体国家安全观四个维度,论述了坚持和完善中国特色社会主义政法工作体系的第一法宝、第一宗旨、第一基准、第一主导。At the central political and legal work conference,it was proposed for the first time to adhere to and improve the political and legal work system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it made clear that the major policy of carrying out political and legal work in the new era is the fundamental follow-up of political and legal work in the new era.This paper discusses the first magic weapon,the first purpose,the first benchmark and the first leading in upholding and improving the political and legal work system of socialism with Chinese characteristics from four dimensions:adhering to the party’s absolute leadership,adhering to the people as the center,adhering to the rule of law,and adhering to the overall national security concept.
