摘  要:基于认知行为理论,以285份针对企业管理者的调查问卷数据为样本,从文化与行为交互视角探究绿色文化与环境经营对企业可持续发展绩效的交互作用。研究发现:(1)企业可持续发展绩效受绿色文化的正面影响;(2)环境经营与企业可持续发展绩效正相关;(3)绿色文化与环境经营的交互作用对企业可持续发展绩效具有正向影响。以期为企业可持续发展绩效的影响因素研究、企业绿色文化建设提供新的视角和证据,丰富环境经营的相关理论研究。Based on the theory of cognitive behavior, taking 285 questionnaires for business managers as a sample, this paper explores the interaction between green culture and environmental management on corporate sustainability performance from the perspective of interaction between culture and behavior. The research finds that:(1) The sustainable development performance of the enterprise is positively affected by green culture;(2) The environmental management is positively related to the sustainable development performance of the enterprise;(3)The interaction between the green culture and the environmental management has a positive impact on sustainable development performance of enterprise. The results provide a new perspective and evidence for the study of the influencing factors of corporate sustainable development performance, enrich the relevant theoretical research on environmental management, and provide empirical evidence for the construction of corporate green culture. The purpose of the paper is to provide a new perspective and evidence for the research of influencing factors of enterprise sustainable development performance and the construction of enterprise green culture, and to enrich the relevant theoretical research of environmental management.
