摘 要:研究了不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti表面的TiN涂层被SiC粒子垂直冲击的冲蚀过程及磨损机理。采用离子束辅助真空脉冲过滤弧沉积技术在不锈钢基体表面制备TiN涂层;采用有限元模拟其冲蚀过程,利用气喷砂冲蚀设备进行冲蚀磨损实验,研究了冲蚀前后试样表面的宏观形貌及试样表面和断面的微观形貌。结果表明:不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti基体上的TiN涂层材料去除机理主要有两种方式:切削和脆性裂纹开裂。由于不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti基体与TiN涂层材料塑性变形不一致,从而加速了涂层材料的去除。The erosion process and wear mechanisms of TiN coatings on stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti substrates were investigated. TiN coating was deposited on the stainless steel substrate by pulsed filtered vacuum cathode arc deposition assisted with ion bombardment. The erosion process was simulated by finite element method. The erosion wear test was carried out by air blasting erosion equipment. The macroscopical morphology and microscopical morphology of specimen surface and section before and after erosion were studied. The results show that the removal mechanism of TiN coating material on the stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti substrate has two main mechanisms: cutting and brittle crack cracking. Because the inconsistency of the deformation between the stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti substrate and TiN coating material, the removal of the coating material is accelerated.
