摘　　要：为推动我国科教兴国战略的实施 ,加强技术创新 ,发展高科技 ,实现产业化 ,高校与科研单位要积极面向社会、进入市场、服务企业 ,加快技术进步和产业升级 .企业如何更好地理解技术创新 ,以技术创新提升本企业核心技术的水平 ,提升企业的整体竞争力 ,是当前面临且必须着力解决的问题 .实施技术创新的模式多种多样 ,其中建立“官产学研”联合机制 ,加强政府、高校与企业的合作 ,促进科技成果转化 ,是企业实施技术创新的有效模式之一 。To implement the strategy of developing the country by science and education, reinforce technical innoation, develop high_technology and speed up industrialization, universities and research units should actively face the needs of the society, join in the market operation, provide services for the enterprises, speed up technical inovation and upgrade the level of industrialization. For the enterprises, how to have a better understanding of technical innovation and how to heighten their core technologies and strengthen their overall competitive ability is still a problem which should be solved, especially by big enterprises of new and high_tech industries. There are various patterns of implementing technical innovation. Among them, the co_operative mechanism which aims at the collabration among the government, institutions of higher learning and enterprises has proved to be the most effective pattern for the enterprises to implement their technical innovation. It is also an effective way for the university to promote its technical innovation.
