摘  要:针对某电装车间表面贴装技术(Surface Mounted Technology,SMT)生产物流系统在实际生产中存在的生产率低、生产线平衡率低以及堵塞率高等问题,采用Petri网建模方法,建立了相关生产线的Petri网模型。结合关联矩阵和状态方程的分析方法,验证了模型的有效性,使用Witness软件对模型进行仿真,找到了生产系统的瓶颈工序,并对系统进行了优化。优化后的仿真结果表明:模型的瓶颈工序被消除,并且生产线平衡率提高了将近20%。To address the problems of low productivity,low balance rate and high clogging rate existing in the actual production of Surface Mounted Technology(SMT)production logistics system in an electric assembly workshop,Petri net modeling method was used to establish the Petri net model of processing production line.The effectiveness of the model was verified by combining the analysis method of correlation matrix and state equation,the bottleneck process of production logistics system was obtained by simulation using the Witness software,followed by an optimization whose simulation results show that the bottleneck process is eliminated and the production line balance rate has increased by nearly 20%.
