银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者(AIS)的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月-2019年10月我院收治的90例AIS患者,依据随机数表法分为2组,每组45例,对照组予以rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗。对比两组治疗前、治疗2周后神经功能、日常生活能力以及血清指标。结果两组治疗前NIHSS、mRS评分以及Barthel指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周后,两组NIHSS、mRS评分下降,Barthel指数上升,且观察组变化幅度较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前hs-CRP、PON-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周后两组hs-CRP水平下降,PON-1水平上升,且观察组变化幅度较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AIS患者采用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液联合rt-PA溶栓治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者神经功能并提高日常生活能力,还可改善血清指标,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection combined with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Ninety patients with AIS admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was given rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis,and observation group was treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection in addition to rt-PA.The nerve function,daily living activity and serum indexes were compared between two groups before treatment and after treatment for 2 weeks.Results There was no statistical difference in the NIHSS score,mRS score or Barthel index between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks,the NIHSS and mRS scores of two groups decreased,the Barthel index increased,and the changing range of observation group was larger(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the levels of hs-CRP or PON-1 between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks,the levels of hs-CRP in two groups decreased,the PON-1 increased,and the changing range of observation group was larger(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of AIS patients is effective;it can improve nerve function,increase daily living activity,and improve serum indexes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
