摘　　要：本文目的是对住院老年精神病患者心理状态及其影响因素进行综述,为临床改善住院老年精神病患者心理状况、提高治疗效果提供参考。随着人口老龄化程度加深,住院老年精神病患者数量也在持续增加,其心理状态及其影响因素需要得到重视。本文结合近年来相关研究分析住院老年精神病患者的心理状态和影响因素,并进一步探讨干预措施。The purpose of this paper is to review the psychological status and its influencing factors of elderly inpatients with mental disorders,and to provide theoretical references for improving the mental state and therapeutic effect of patients in clinical treatment.With the increase of aging population,the number of hospitalized elderly mental patients is also increasing,so their psychological state and its influencing factors provoke researchers′attention.This paper analyzes the related studies in recent years,and further discusses the intervention measures.
