摘　　要：目的:研究艾地苯醌治疗轻中度血管性痴呆患者对改善认知功能的效果。方法:2016年6月-2019年10月收治轻中度血管性痴呆患者106例,按不同治疗方法分为两组。研究组服用艾地苯醌片治疗;对照组服用多奈哌齐片治疗。比较两组简明精神状态检查(MMSE)评分及阿尔兹海默病评定量表认知分量表(ADAS-cog)评分。结果:两组治疗3个月MMSE、ADAS-cog评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗6个月MMSE、ADAS-cog评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);表明轻中度血管性痴呆治疗时间不得低于6个月。研究组治疗6个月ADAS-cog评分下降趋势优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾地苯醌治疗轻中度血管性痴呆的效果更好。Objective:To study the effect of idebenone on improving cognitive function in patients with mild to moderate vascular dementia.Methods:From June 2016 to October 2019,106 patients with mild to moderate vascular dementia were selected and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The study group was treated with idebenone tablets.The control group was treated with donepezil tablets.Minimum mental state examination(MMSE)scores and Alzheimer's disease assessment scale-cognitive(ADAS-cog)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of MMSE and ADAS-cog at 3 months of treatment were compared with before treatment,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).MMSE and ADAS-cog scores at 6 months of treatment were compared with the before treatment,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that the treatment time of mild to moderate vascular dementia should not be less than 6 months.The decreasing trend of ADAS-cog score in the study group for 6 months of treatment was better than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Idebenone is more effective in the treatment of mild to moderate vascular dementia.
