摘　　要：目的:主要对HPV E6/7mRNA在宫颈癌筛查不典型鳞状细胞(ASC-US)中的应用及意义进行探查。方法:2018年1-12月收治ASC-US患者120例,经过HPV DNA检测的设为DNA组,经过HPV E6/7mRNA检测的设为mRNA组,以病理学检查为金标准,对两组患者检测结果进行分析。结果:DNA组与mRNA组检测结果的敏感度、阳性预测值以及阴性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);mRNA组检测结果的特异度高于DNA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着病理分级的提高,HPV E6/7mRNA的诊断准确率也在不断上升。结论:HPV E6/7mRNA检测的特异度高于HPV DNA检测,该检测方式能更准确地对正常人群及低度病变人群进行区分,避免出现过度诊断情况。Objective:To explore the application and significance of HPV E6/7mRNA in screening atypical squamous cell(ASC-US)of cervical cancer.Methods:From January to December 2018,120 patients with ASC-US were selected,they were divided into the DNA group according to the results of HPV DNA and the mRNA group according to the results of HPV E6/7mRNA.The results of pathological examination were analyzed between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value between the DNA group and the mRNA group(P>0.05).The specificity of the mRNA group was higher than that of the DNA group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of HPV E6/7mRNA increased with the improvement of pathological grade.Conclusion:The specificity of HPV E6/7mRNA is higher than that of HPV DNA.This method can distinguish normal people from low-grade lesions more accurately and avoid over-diagnosis.
