摘 要:本文在传统的丙烯腈副产法乙腈精制工艺的基础上,创新性的提出了氨水法化学除杂的工艺,并成功试生产精制得到合格的高纯度乙腈产品。首先,设计了三组对比实验,分别向粗乙腈中加入氢氧化钠、氢氧化钠和甲醛、氨水进行化学除杂。验证发现氨水法具有优异的除粗乙腈中氢氰酸的能力,反应1h,体系中的氰根含量便从1356.30ppm降至123.95ppm,大大缩短了化学除杂反应的时间。该方法避免了含盐废水的产生,整个过程中产生的三废均可直接进行焚烧处理,更加绿色环保。并且将该方法成功地运用到实际生产中,精制得到了含量99.9%以上的高纯乙腈。In this paper,based on the traditional acrylonitrile by-product method of acetonitrile refining process,innovative ammonia water chemical impurity removal process was proposed,and the successful trial production of high-purity acetonitrile products.First of all,three groups of comparative experiments were designed.Sodium hydroxide,sodium hydroxide,formaldehyde and ammonia were added to the crude acetonitrile for chemical impurity removal.It was found that the ammonia water method had excellent ability to remove hydrocyanic acid in acetonitrile.The cyanogen content in the system decreased from 1356.30ppm to 123.95ppm within 1 hour,which greatly shortened the time of chemical impurity removal.This method avoids the generation of salt containing wastewater,and the"three wastes"generated in the whole process can be directly incinerated,which is more green and environmentally friendly.The method was successfully applied to practical production,and the high purity acetonitrile with 99.9%content was obtained.
