摘 要:研究证实,APC、Survivin基因异常表达对结肠癌有重要意义,本课题探讨Survivin shRNA-APC双基因共表达稳转株对结肠癌HT-29细胞中MCM2表达的影响,通过检测MCM2的表达,更深入了解双基因对结肠癌HT-29细胞的影响。通过进一步究为结肠癌未来靶向治疗提供相应的基础实验依据,MCM2有望成为检测结肠癌的靶向指标。Studies have confirmed that the abnormal expression of APC and Survivin genes is of great significance to colon cancer.This topic explores the effect of stable co-expression of Survivin shRNA-APC gene on the expression of MCM2 in colon cancer HT-29 cells.By detecting the expression of MCM2,we can further understand the effect of dual genes on colon cancer HT-29 cells.Through further research to provide the corresponding basic experimental basis for the future targeted therapy of colon cancer,MCM2 is expected to become a target indicator for the detection of colon cancer.
