口腔全景片联合锥形束CT在上颌前部埋伏多生牙手术中临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析上颌前部埋伏多生牙手术中口腔全景片联合锥形束CT的诊断价值。方法:选上颌前部埋伏多生牙手术患儿80例,依据口腔全景片和CBCT制定手术形式。结果:术前口腔全景片联合CBCT对埋伏多生牙的准确率高达90.00%,特异度97.14%。结论:依据口腔全景片和CBCT制定手术形式,降低手术损伤。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of oral panoramic radiography combined with cone beam computed tomography in anterior maxillary ambush multiple teeth surgery.Methods:Eighty children with anterior maxillary ambush multiple teeth surgery were selected.The surgical procedure was based on oral panoramic film and CBCT.RESULTS:The accuracy of preoperative oral panoramic film combined with CBCT for ambushed multiple teeth was as high as 90.00% and specificity was 97.14%.Conclusion:According to the oral panoramic film and CBCT,the surgical form is reduced to reduce the surgical damage.
