以草代木栽培香菇技术初探

摘　　要：以香菇808作为栽培品种,巨菌草作为栽培原料,不同比例替代香菇栽培料中的木屑,观察香菇菌丝的生长情况,探索以草代木对香菇栽培的影响。结果表明,随着巨菌草替代量的增加,香菇菌丝的生长明显受到抑制;当替代量达到50%以上,菌丝生长极其缓慢,菌丝密度明显较小,全草替代菌丝几乎不萌动;以巨菌草代替木屑栽培香菇具有一定的局限性,需要谨慎考虑。The study used mushroom 808 as a cultivated species,used different proportions of giant grass as the cultivation material to replace the sawdust in the mushroom cultivation material,observed the growth of mushroom hyphae,and explores the influence of grass instead of wood on the cultivation of mushroom.The results showed that with the increase of the replacement amount of giant fungus,the growth of the hyphae of lentinus edodes was obviously inhibited;when the replacement amount reached more than 50%,the hyphae grew extremely slowly,the density of hyphae was obviously smaller,and the replacement of hyphae by whole grass was almost not Germination;Cultivating shiitake mushrooms with giant fungus instead of sawdust had certain limitations and requires careful consideration.
