摘  要:目前大学物理实验中落球法测定液体粘滞系数实验现存的一些不足,如因小球难以对准激光导致实验成功率低、小球的重复利用和甘油泄露增加维护难度等问题。为了解决这些问题,改进了现有的落球法测量液体粘度系数的实验装置,用电磁感应开关代替了光电门,利用磁铁实现了小球的实时重复使用。同时设计了一个具有自准直功能的封闭装置。实验结果表明,使用改进后的实验仪器既能保证实验结果的准确性,降低实验仪器的调节难度,又能减少实验仪器维护的工作量。There are some drawbacks in the liquid viscosity coefficient experiments performed by the falling sphere method in college physics.For example,the difficulty in aligning the laser with the small ball results in a low success rate.The reuse of the small ball and the leakage of glycerol increase the difficulty of maintenance.In order to solve these problems,we have improved the existing experimental device for measuring the viscosity coefficient of liquids by the falling ball method,replaced the photoelectric gate with an electromagnetic induction switch,and used a magnet.At the same time,we have designed sealing equipment with automatic collimation.The experimental results show that the improvement of the experimental equipment can not only ensure the accuracy of the experimental results,reduce the difficulty of adjusting the experimental equipment,but also reduce the workload of maintaining the experimental equipment.
