口腔正畸联合牙周组织再生术对牙周炎患者牙龈美学影响的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔正畸联合牙周组织再生术治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法146例牙周炎患者,按照性别、年龄采用区组随机化将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组73例。对照组采用牙周组织再生术,观察组在对照组基础上联合口腔正畸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后牙龈指标、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者牙周探针深度(PD)、牙周平均附着丧失(CAL)及菌斑指数(PLI)分别为(2.86±0.13)mm、(1.95±0.33)mm、(0.91±0.02)分均显著低于对照组的(2.97±0.11)mm、(2.17±0.38)mm、(1.08±0.13)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.89%,显著优于对照组的86.30%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口腔正畸联合牙周组织再生术可有效改善牙周炎患者口腔炎症,提升牙齿美观,治疗效果较佳。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration on gingival aesthetics in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 146 patients meeting the criteria of periodontitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with periodontal tissue regeneration,and the observation group was also treated with orthodontics on the basis of the control group.The gingival index before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the probing depth(PD),attachment loss(CAL)and plaque index(PLI)of the observation group were(2.86±0.13)mm,(1.95±0.33)mm and(0.91±0.02)points,which were significantly lower than(2.97±0.11)mm,(2.17±0.38)mm and(1.08±0.13)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.89%,which was significantly better than 86.30% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration shows good therapeutic effect on patients with periodontitis,which can effectively improve the oral inflammation and the beauty of teeth.
