气压治疗结合运动康复指导对脑梗死后康复期患者的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨气压治疗结合运动康复指导对脑梗死后康复期患者的意义。方法80例脑梗死后康复期患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者采用临床常规治疗,对照组患者采用临床常规康复训练,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用气压治疗结合运动康复指导。比较两组患者干预后躯体运动、生理机能、生活能力、肢体运动功能、精神健康评分。结果干预后,试验组患者躯体运动、生理机能、生活能力评分分别为(82.27±11.08)、(79.23±12.07)、(75.34±11.18)分,均高于对照组的(70.57±12.28)、(61.08±11.50)、(65.18±11.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患者肢体运动功能、精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死后康复期患者来说,气压治疗结合运动康复指导的效果较好,可以有效改善患者的社会和运动功能,值得推广。Objective To discuss the significance of air-pressure therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation guidance for patients in rehabilitation stage after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients in rehabilitation stage after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional clinical treatment,the control group was treated with clinical routine rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was treated with pneumatic therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation guidance on the basis of the control group.The body movement,physiological function,living ability,limb motor function and mental health score after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the body movement,physiological function,living ability score of the experimental group were(82.27±11.08),(79.23±12.07)and(75.34±11.18)points,which were higher than(70.57±12.28),(61.08±11.50)and(65.18±11.28)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the limb motor function and mental health score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Air-pressure therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation guidance shows good effect for patients in rehabilitation stage after cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the social and motor function.It is worthy of promotion.
