摘　　要：香蕉贮运保鲜是一项综合的系统工程,涉及香蕉品种及果实质量、采后处理过程及贮运保鲜技术与果实商品性等方面。本文综述了近年来国内外香蕉贮运、保鲜技术研究进展,着重介绍了以“控制低乙烯”为核心的香蕉保鲜贮运技术及香蕉采后处理轻简装备等在产业上的应用,同时简要介绍了生物技术在香蕉采后保鲜应用中的研究进展。The preservation and transportation of banana fruit is a comprehensive and systematic project.Various factors are closely related to fruit commodity including banana varieties,fruit quality,post-harvest treatment process and preservation technology.In the present work,we summarized the research progress of technologies for banana fruit preservation at home and abroad in recent years,which highlighting the application of the‘low ethylene controlling’technology for banana preservation and transportation,and a simple equipment for post-harvest processing in banana industry,with advantages of light weight,simple operation and convenient carrying.Additionally,we also briefly introduced the research progress of the application of biotechnology in the preservation of postharvest banana fruit.
