摘  要:基于自主研制的大型电弧熔丝增材原型设备,设计开展了64组CN645ACW型焊丝的单层单道熔丝增材实验,构建了焊缝宽度和高度对应电压、送丝速度、焊接速度的BP神经网络模型。基于此模型,反向锁定了特定焊缝宽度和高度对应的增材工艺参数。开展了36组不同焊缝高度、焊缝宽度和焊缝间距的单层多道电弧熔丝增材实验,并建立了焊缝表面平整度的BP神经网络模型,分析了焊缝形状和间距对焊缝表面平整度的影响。结果表明,增大焊缝宽度、高度及间距,表面平整度值呈现增大趋势。在小倍数焊缝间距情况下,表面平整度值的增大趋势随着焊缝宽度和间距的增大而增大;大倍数焊缝间距情况下,增大趋势反而有所下降。相同焊缝间距下,焊缝平整度值主要由熔丝增材的堆积效应决定,焊缝宽度和高度越大,堆积效应越明显,表面平整度越差。Based on the self-developed wire and arc additive large prototype equipment,64 groups of CN645 ACW single layer single-pass wire and arc addictive experiments were completed,the BP neural network of weld height and width vs.voltage,weld feeding speed and welding speed was established.Based on the model,the additive parameters for special weld height and width were obtained.Following,the 36 groups of single layer multi-pass additive experiments with various weld weight,width and weld spacing were performed,and the BP neural network of welding surface smoothness was established.The influence of weld shape and weld spacing on weld surface smoothness was fully analyzed.The results show that the surface smoothness of multi-pass weld increases with the increase of width,height and spacing of weld.In the case of small multiple weld spacing,the increasing trend of surface smoothness increases with the increase of weld width and spacing,while in the case of large multiple weld spacing,the increasing trend decreases.At the same weld spacing,the weld surface smoothness is mainly determined by the stacking effect of wire and arc additive.The larger the weld width and height is,the more obvious the stacking effect is and the worse the surface smoothness is.
