摘 要:目的探讨Wnt/β-catenin信号通路相关蛋白在结直肠腺瘤(CRA)中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2016年11月至2017年10月间重庆市第七人民医院收治125例CRA患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化检测CRA组织及周围正常组织中Wnt1、β-catenin、c-myc和cyclinD1蛋白的表达。对比分析CRA组织与正常肠黏膜组织中上述蛋白的表达情况,并探讨不同病理类型、不同分化程度和不同风险程度的CRA组织中上述蛋白的表达情况。结果Wnt1、β-catenin、c-myc及cyclinD1在CRA组织中的表达均分别较正常粘膜组织升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同病理类型的CRA组织中的表达均不同,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在低级别上皮内瘤变的CRA组织中的表达较高级别上皮内瘤变中的表达降低,且在高风险腺瘤中的表达均高于低风险腺瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Wnt/β-catenin信号通路相关蛋白在CRA组织中表达增高,且上述蛋白的表达水平有助于预测CRA的恶性程度及癌变风险。Objective To explore the expressions of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway-related proteins in colorectal adenoma(CRA)and their significance.Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with CRA were selected at Department of Gastroenterology,Chongqing Seventh People’s Hospital between November 2016 and October 2017.The expressions of Wnt1,β-catenin,c-myc,and cyclinD1 in the CRA tissues and normal adjacent to the colorectal adenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry.The expressions of the proteins above mentioned were compared between CRA and normal tissues of different pathology types,differentiation degrees and risk degrees.Results The expressions of Wnt1,β-catenin,c-myc,and cyclinD1 were obviously increased in the CRA tissues compared with normal colorectal tissues(all P<0.05)and varied among patients of different pathologic types(all P<0.05).The expression significantly decreased in low grade intraepithelial neoplasia than in high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and increased in high risk CRA than in low risk CRA(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway-related proteins increased in CRA tissues,which is helpful to predict the malignant degree and the risk of canceration.
