摘  要:目的探讨钼靶X线与超声联合筛查早期乳腺癌的临床意义。方法选取80例疑似早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,比较钼靶X线检查、超声检查、联合检查的结果。结果早期乳腺癌患者肿瘤直径<1.5 cm时,钼靶X线与超声联合筛查的准确率高于单独钼靶X线检查、超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期乳腺癌患者肿瘤直径>1.5 cm时,3种筛查方式结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);钼靶X线与超声联合筛查的灵敏度、特异度均高于单独钼靶X线检查、超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌早期筛查中联合应用钼靶X线和超声检查,可显著提高诊断的准确率、灵敏度和特异度。Objective To explore the clinical significance of molybdenum target X-ray photography combined with ultrasound in screening early breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected early breast cancer were selected as study objects,and the results of molybdenum target Xray photography,ultrasound and their combination examinations were compared.Results The accuracy rate of molybdenum target X-ray photography and ultrasound in combination was higher than that of molybdenum target X-ray photography or ultrasound alone in screening the tumor with diameter less than 1.5 cm(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in three methods in screening tumor with diameter more than 1.5 cm(P>0.05);the sensitivity and specificity of molybdenum target Xray photography and ultrasound in combination were higher than those of molybdenum target X-ray photography or ultrasound alone(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early screening of breast cancer,molybdenum target X-ray photography and ultrasound in combination can improve accuracy rate,sensitivity and specificity.
