摘 要:以资源依赖理论为视角,基于上海基层实践,深入剖析社区体育健身俱乐部治理的不同模式。发现:上海市社区体育健身俱乐部治理模式主要包括同构治理模式、委托治理模式、协作治理模式3种;3种治理模式存在各自的利与弊,这一现状是国家由社会管理向社会治理转型的多面体现,也是社区体育健身俱乐部在不断的探索和创新过程中选择了不同发展路径的结果。通过研究旨在明确社区体育健身俱乐部在基层体育治理中的主体地位,从而充分发挥其治理功能,进而推进基层体育治理效能的提升。Based on the resource dependence theory and the grassroots practice in Shanghai,this paper analyzes different governance models of community fitness clubs.The research shows that the community fitness clubs in Shanghai mainly adopt three governance models,isomorphic governance model,commissioned governance model,and collaborative governance model.The three governance models each has its own advantages and disadvantages,which reflects the transformation of the country from social management to social governance,and also represents the choice of different development paths by the community fitness club in the process of continuous exploration and innovation.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the dominant role of the community fitness club in the grass-roots sports governance,so as to give full play to its governance function,and further promote the efficiency of the grass-roots sports governance.
