白芨治疗消化性溃疡的研究进展

摘　　要：消化性溃疡好发于胃和十二指肠,也可发生于食管下段、小肠、吻合后的胃肠吻合口以及位于肠道的Meckel憩室等异位胃黏膜。白芨作为一种传统中药材,具有很高的药用价值和经济价值,其含有多种有效化学成分,具有广泛的生物活性和药理作用。本研究分析白芨的药理作用,对白芨治疗消化性溃疡的实验研究和临床研究进行综述,为临床应用白芨治疗消化性溃疡提供依据。Peptic ulcer usually occurs in stomach and duodenum,and also occurs in lower esophagus,small intestine,anastomotic stoma and ectopic gastric mucosa such as Meckel diverticulum in intestinal tract.As a traditional Chinese herb,bletilla striata has a high medicinal and economic value.Bletilla striata contains a variety of effective chemical components and has a wide range of biological and pharmacological activities.In this study,the pharmacological effects of bletilla striata were analyzed,and the experimental and clinical researches of bletilla striata in the treatment of peptic ulcer were reviewed,so as to provide the basis for clinical application of bletilla striata in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
