创新人才选拔培养的特征性事实与实证研究——基于研究生学术科研能力的分析

摘　　要：招生考试作为研究生教育的入口关,对后续研究生培养过程有着重要影响。选取山东某高校2011—2015级学术学位硕士研究生(2014—2018届毕业生)数据为样本,运用OLS、Logit、Probit回归模型及PSM倾向值匹配方法进行计量统计分析,研究发现,研究生学术科研能力与初试、复试成绩之间并无显著相关性,与学生的学业背景、导师影响、数学功底等因素有明显相关性。据此,可将初试改为一种国家统一组织命题的资格考试,重在筛掉不具备一般能力和培养潜力的考生,将复试变为一种招生单位的选拔考试或申请考核方式,重点突出对考生的专业素质和学术科研能力的考察,同时可进一步发挥导师在招生选才中的作用,在保证教育公平的基础上,提高人才选拔效率。As the entrance gateway of postgraduate education,enrollment examination has an important impact on subsequent postgraduate training process.Selecting the data of 2011-2015 academic degree postgraduates(2014-2018 graduates)of a certain university in Shandong Province as samples and adopting the OLS,Logit,Probit regression model and PSM propensity value matching method,this paper conducts a statistical analysis.It is found that postgraduates’academic research ability has no significant correlation with the scores of their preliminary and second examinations,but has obvious correlation with their academic background,the influence of their tutors and their basic knowledge of mathematics.Therefore,the primary examination can be changed into a qualification examination whose examination paper designing is state-organized,focusing on screening out the candidates who do not have the general ability and training potential,while the second examination can be changed into a selection examination or application assessment organized by the enrollment unit,focusing on investigating the candidates’professional quality and academic research ability.Meanwhile,the role of tutors in recruiting and selecting talents should be further played so as to improve the efficiency of talent selection on the basis of ensuring the fairness of education.
