基于五脏生血理论探讨唐容川《血证论》“和”阴阳以补血思想

摘　　要：以《内经》五脏生血理论为指导,结合相关文献论述,整理《血证论》"吐血""消瘀""脏腑病机论""用药宜忌论""男女异同论"诸篇,着重从五脏与血的生成、五脏阴阳调和法两方面,系统分析唐容川"和"阴阳以补血的思想,从而为临床辨证补血及治疗吐血开拓新的思路和方法。Guided by the theory of five zang-organs producing blood in Huangdi Neijing,and combined with other relevant literature,we collated the chapters of "Vomiting Blood""Eliminating Stasis""Pathogenesis Theory of Viscera""Theory of Indication and Contraindication of Medicinals"and "Theory of Similarities and Differences between Men and Women"in Treatise on Blood Syndromes,focused on two aspects of the relation between five zangorgans and producing blood,and harmonizing five zang-organs and yin-yang manipulation,systematically analyzed TANG Rongchuan’s thought of "harmonizing"yin-yang manipulation to nourish blood,so as to explore the thinking and method for clinical syndrome differentiation of nourishing blood and treatment for hematemesis.
