摘 要:目的分析不同产地片姜黄挥发油成分的差异,并对导致其差异的成分进行归属。方法采用主成分分析法对4个不同产地的21批片姜黄挥发油成分进行差异分析;采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对各批次片姜黄挥发油进行数据采集,并采用SIMCA-P14.1软件对所采集的数据进行统计分析,找出造成差异贡献显著的主成分组分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对差异组分进行鉴定,确定其归属。结果通过对21批次片姜黄进行分析,共获得了32个共有峰,鉴定出8号峰(2-壬醇)、5号峰(桉油精)、11号峰(异龙脑)、19号峰(莪术烯)、25号峰(吉马酮)、18号峰(大牛儿烯D)为显著贡献的主成分组分。结论不同产地片姜黄样品中组分差异明显,确定的主成分能显著区别药材的不同产地,可为片姜黄药材质量的整体控制及其制剂的质量控制提供依据。Objective To make difference analysis of volatile oil components in Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum from different producing areas,and to assign the components causing the difference. Methods Principal component analysis(PCA) method was undertaken to make difference analysis of volatile oil components in 21 batches of Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum from 4 different producing areas,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to collect data of Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum volatile oil from different batches. SIMCA-P14.1 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data to find out the principal components contributing significantly to the difference. The differential components were identified by GC-MS and their assignment was determined.Results Based on the analysis of 21 batches of Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum,32 common peaks were obtained,and the principal components with significant contribution were identified as peak 8(2-nonanol),peak 5(eucalyptol),peak 11(isoborneol),peak 19(curzerene),peak 25(germacrone) and peak 18(germacrene D).Conclusion The results showed that there were significant differences in the components of Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum from samples of different producing areas. The determined principal components can significantly distinguish the different producing areas of Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum,which can provide the basis for its overall quality control and the quality control of its preparations.
