摘　　要：为了提高对图像中感兴趣区域的压缩编码效率,借助小波-Contourlet变换(WBCT)的多尺度和多方向分解的特点,提出了一种改进的自适应扩展指数哥伦布编码压缩算法.首先生成图像中感兴趣区域的掩膜标记,对源图像和掩膜进行WBCT变换,得到小波-Contourlet域的掩膜和子带系数.然后根据掩膜信息对子带系数进行不均匀量化,并进行‘Z’字形扫描和游程编码,从而得到三元数组,利用改进的自适应扩展指数哥伦布算法对三元数组进行压缩编码.最后对压缩码流进行混合解码、反量化和逆变换得到感兴趣区域压缩图像.实验结果表明:提出的改进编码算法与另外两种算法相比,能够得到更优的视觉效果和更高的峰值信噪比,实现了对感兴趣区域的高效压缩,验证了算法的有效性和优越性.To improve the compression coding efficiency of the region of interest in the image,an improved adaptive extended exponential Columbus coding compression algorithm is proposed with the characteristics of different directions and scales decomposition of wavelet Contourlet transform.Firstly,the mask markers of the region of interest are generated,and the source image and mask are transformed by WBCT to obtain the mask and subband coefficients under the wavelet contourlet domain.Then,the coefficients of subband are quantized unevenly according to the mask information,and the "Z"shape scanning and run length coding are carried out to obtain the ternary array,which is compressed and encoded by the improved adaptive expansion index Columbus algorithm.Finally,the compressed image of region of interest is obtained by mixed decoding,inverse quantization and inverse transformation.The experimental results show that the improved coding algorithm can achieve better visual effect and higher peak signal-to-noise ratio than the other two algorithms,and achieve efficient compression of the region of interest,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm.
