摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)属于α冠状病毒,是一种有囊膜包被的单股正链RNA病毒,其引起的猪流行性腹泻(PED)可导致猪的急性腹泻、脱水甚至死亡。长久以来,PED对各国的生猪养殖行业造成了巨大的经济损失,而且目前没有理想的预防和治疗手段。对PEDV致病机制的深入研究发现,其主要通过S蛋白与猪小肠上皮细胞膜上的CD13(APN)受体结合进入细胞而致病,进一步的机理研究表明,其通过抑制Ⅰ型干扰素表达,诱导细胞凋亡等方式使机体出现免疫抑制,从而对机体产生致病性。论文结合PEDV蛋白组成以及其分子致病机理做简要综述,以期能对其防控起到参考作用。Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)belongs toα-coronavirus and is a kind of single strand positive chain RNA virus with capsule coating.It can lead to porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED),which causes severe diarrhea,dehydration and even death in pigs.For a long time,it has caused huge economic losses to the pig breeding industry in various countries.However,at present,there is no complete prevention and treatment.With the further study of the pathogenic mechanism of PEDV,it is found that it mainly binds S protein to CD13(APN)receptor on pig intestinal epithelial cell membrane and causes disease,and further studies show that it causes immunosuppression by inhibiting the expression of interferon type and inducing apoptosis,thus causing pathogenicity to the body.Therefore,the composition of PEDV protein and its molecular pathogenic mechanism are briefly reviewed in this paper,and it is hoped that it can play an important role in promoting its control.
