利培酮联合行为疗法对精神分裂症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症采用行为疗法联合利培酮的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月~2019年1月期间我院收治的180例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组采用利培酮治疗,而观察组在此基础上,再运用行为疗法联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组MMSE评分比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的MMSE评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的PANSS评分低(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);但是两组的不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论临床上将利培酮与行为疗法联合运用在精神分裂症患者治疗中,可以减轻症状,提高治疗效果,改善预后及生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of behavior therapy combined with risperidone in schizophrenia.Methods 180 schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with risperidone,while the observation group was treated with behavior therapy combined with behavior therapy on this basis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,MMSE score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of PANSS in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of risperidone and behavior therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia can reduce symptoms,improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life after prognosis,which is worth popularizing.
