阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症患者的疗效观察。方法选取2018年3月~2019年9月我院收治的83例躁狂症患者为主要研究对象。采用随机数字表法分组,对照组41例患者给予氯丙嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组42例患者给予阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后贝克-拉范森躁狂评分(BRMS)、社会功能缺陷筛选评分(SDSS)及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果治疗2、4、6周后,观察组贝克-拉范森躁狂评分(BRMS)、社会功能缺陷筛选评分(SDSS)均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠能够有效控制躁狂症患者病情进展,提升社会功能,不良反应低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of mania patients.Methods A total of 83 patients with mania admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were were collected and randomly divided into two groups:control group(41 patients)was treated with chlorpromazine and sodium valproate,and the observation group(42 patients)was treated with aripiprazole and sodium valproate.Pull baker Fan Sen mania rating(BRMS)social disability screening schedule(SDSS)before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment in both groups were compared.Results After 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,both the BRMS score and SDSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate can effectively control the development of mania patients and improve their social functions,with low adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
