家庭功能、抑郁状态与中青年脑血管病患者介入治疗依从性的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭功能、抑郁程度与中青年脑血管病患者介入治疗依从性的相关性。方法回顾性纳入2016年11月至2019年11月间于我院接受介入治疗的190例中青年脑血管病患者作研究对象。根据康复锻炼依从水平分为良好水平组(110例)和低水平组(72例),比较两组家庭关怀指数问卷(APGAR)、康复锻炼依从性量表(EAQ)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,通过多因素线性回归得出家庭功能、抑郁状态与康复锻炼依从性相关性;另根据用药依从水平分为依从好组(125例)与依从差组(57例),比较两组APGAR、EAQ、Morisky服药依从性评分,通过多因素线性回归得出家庭功能、抑郁状态与用药依从性相关性。结果最终纳入182例;良好水平组APGAR各项评分和EAQ各项评分均高于低水平组(P<0.05),良好水平组HAMD评分低于低水平组(P<0.05);APGAR总分与EAQ指数呈正相关(P<0.05),HAMD评分与EAQ指数呈负相关(P<0.05);依从好组APGAR各项评分和Morisky服药依从性评分均高于依从差组(P<0.05),依从好组HAMD评分低于依从差组(P<0.05);APGAR总分与Morisky服药依从性评分呈正相关(P<0.05),HAMD评分与Morisky服药依从性评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论家庭功能和抑郁程度影响中青年脑血管病患者介入治疗后的用药及康复锻炼依从性,提前了解患者家庭功能和抑郁情况或有助于制定针对性干预措施。Objective To explore the correlation between family function,depression degree and rehabilitation exercise and medication compliance of young or middle-aged cerebrovascular patients after interventional treatment.Methods The retrospective study was conducted on 190 young or middle-aged cerebrovascular patients who received interventional therapy in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2019.According to the rehabilitation exercise adherence,they were divided into good level group(110 cases)and the low level group(72 cases),the family care index questionnaire(APGAR),rehabilitation exercise adherence scale(EAQ),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores were compared between two groups.The correlation between function of family,depression and rehabilitation exercise adherence were explored through the multifactor linear regression;In addition,according to the medication compliance level,they were divided into the good group(125 cases)and the poor group(57 cases).APGAR,EAQ and Morisky medication compliance scores in the two groups were compared,and the correlation between family function,depression state and medication compliance was obtained through multi-factor linear regression.Results 182 cases were finally included.APGAR scores and EAQ scores in the good group were higher than those in the low group(P<0.05),while HAMD scores in the good group were lower than those in the low group(P<0.05).APGAR total score was positively correlated with EAQ index(P<0.05),and HAMD score was negatively correlated with EAQ index(P<0.05).APGAR scores and Morisky compliance scores in the compliance group were higher than those in the compliance group(P<0.05),while HAMD scores in the compliance group were lower than those in the compliance group(P<0.05).APGAR total score was positively correlated with Morisky compliance score(P<0.05),while HAMD score was negatively correlated with Morisky compliance score(P<0.05).Conclusion The family function and depression degree affect the medication and rehabilitation exercise compliance of youn
