运动康复对伴有抑郁情绪的急性心肌梗死患者心功能、生活质量及近期预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对伴有抑郁情绪的急性心肌梗死患者开展运动康复治疗的效果,为临床改善患者预后提供参考。方法将100例伴有抑郁情绪的急性心肌梗死患者分成常规组(常规药物治疗)、研究组(常规药物治疗+运动康复治疗)各50例。观察并对比两组治疗前后抑郁情绪评分、心功能、生活质量、心源性休克发生率、心衰发生率、再发心梗率以及死亡率。结果研究组治疗后抑郁情绪评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组心功能、生活质量优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组2个月内心源性休克、心衰发生率低于常规组(P<0.05),而再发心梗以及死亡率无差异(P>0.05)。结论通过运动康复治疗,能够显著改善伴有抑郁情绪的急性心肌梗死患者的抑郁情绪、心功能、生活质量、近期预后。Objective To study and analyze the effect of exercise rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with depression,so as to provide a reference for clinical improvement of patients’prognosis.Methods 100 AMI patients with depression were divided into two groups:the routine group(routine drug treatment),the research group(routine drug treatment+exercise rehabilitation treatment).50 cases each.Depressive mood score,cardiac function,quality of life,incidence of cardiogenic shock,heart failure,recurrence of myocardial infarction,and mortality were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The score of depression after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The heart function and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiogenic shock and heart failure in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)in two months,but there was no difference in the incidence of recurrent myocardial infarction and mortality(P>0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the depression mood,cardiac function,quality of life and short-term prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with depression.
