认知行为联合改良型义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器对青少年颌骨囊肿开窗减压术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨青少年颌骨囊肿开窗减压术后患者应用认知行为联合改良型义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器治疗后效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院83例青少年颌骨囊肿开窗减压术后患者进行分组,术后两组患者均给予改良型义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器进行治疗,对照组41例采用支持心理治疗,观察组42例联合认知行为治疗,对比两组患者治疗后牙周袋深度、平均灰度值、囊肿体积变化、骨质增生厚度、焦虑抑郁情绪变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组SDS、SAS评分、牙周袋深度、效果中等率及效果不佳率低于对照组,囊肿缩小范围、平均灰度值、骨质增生厚度、囊肿缩小体积、骨密度水平、效果良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法联合改良型义齿引流型囊肿阻塞器能够进一步提升青少年颌骨囊肿开窗减压术的手术效果,并减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective To analyze the effect of cognition and behavior combined with modified denture drainage cyst obstruction on young patients with juvenile jaw cyst decompression.Methods A total of 83 cases of juvenile jaw cysts after window decompression in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.All of patients were treated with modified denture drainage cyst occlusion devices,and 41 patients in the control group were treated with normal psychotherapy,while 42 cases in the observation group were treated with cognitive behaviors therapy.The periodontal pocket depth,average gray value,cyst volume change,bone hyperplasia thickness,anxiety/depression and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group’s SDS,SAS score,periodontal pocket depth,moderate effect rate and poor effect rate were lower than those in the control group.The cyst reduction range,average gray value,bone hyperplasia thickness,cyst reduction volume,bone density level,and the rate of good effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified denture drainage cyst obstruction is an effective treatment for juvenile patients with jaw cyst fenestration combined cognitive behavioral therapy can more effectively relieve patients’anxiety and depression,further improve the surgical effect.
