摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对银屑病伴焦虑抑郁患者的负性情绪的影响。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月我院收治的120例银屑病伴焦虑抑郁患者为主要研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组进行常规治疗方案,观察组此基础上给予认知行为干预。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分,及不良反应发生率和复发率。结果(1)干预后,两组患者的SAS、SDS和DLQI各项评分较干预前降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组1年内复发率(15.00%)显著低于对照组(31.67%)(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论认知行为干预可缓解银屑病伴焦虑抑郁患者的负面情绪,提高其生活质量,降低复发率,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on negative emotions in psoriasis patients with anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 120 psoriasis patients with anxiety and depression admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were collected and randomly divided into two groups:,the control group(60 cases)received conventional treatment,and the observation group(60 cases)received cognitive behavioral intervention.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)score before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared Results(1)After intervention,the SAS,SDS and DLQI scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The one-year recurrence rate in the observation group(15.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.67%)(P<0.05).(3)There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can alleviate the negative emotions of psoriasis patients with anxiety and depression,improve their quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate,which was worthy of clinical application.
