摘 要:地面毛细管辐射空调是一种低温供暖的系统,能耗低,室内舒适性高。采用计算流体力学方法,分析供水温度、供水流速、蓄热层导热系数和厚度对地板表面温度分布不均匀性和供热能力的影响。数值分析结果与ASHRAE手册中的理论计算值对比误差小于10%。结果表明,表面温度不均匀性与供水温度呈正相关,与供水流速和蓄热层厚度呈负相关;供热能力与供水温度呈线性关系,实际工程中建议供水流速取0.10~0.18 m/s区间,蓄热层导热系数取0.9~1.3 W/(m·K)区间,蓄热层厚度取20~25 mm。Ground capillary radiant air conditioning is a low-temperature heating system with low energy consumption and high indoor comfort. Using computational fluid dynamics method, analyze the influence of water supply temperature, water flow rate, thermal conductivity and thickness of heat storage layer on the unevenness of floor surface temperature distribution and heating capacity. The comparison error between the numerical analysis result and the theoretical calculation in the ASHRAE manual is less than 10%. The results show that the surface temperature unevenness is positively correlated with the water supply temperature, and negatively correlated with the water supply flow rate and the thickness of the thermal storage layer;the heating capacity has a linear relationship with the water supply temperature. In actual projects, the water supply flow rate is recommended to be in the range of 0.10~0.18 m/s, The thermal conductivity of the heat storage layer is in the range of 0.9~1.3 W/(m·K), and the thickness of the heat storage layer is 20~25 mm.
