摘 要:为减少因环境因素产生的多余污染物,在几乎不改变发动机结构且不加装后处理装置的基础上,对单缸柴油机燃烧生物柴油开展了柴油机缸内过程的模拟研究,在仅改变油束夹角的情况下优化柴油机燃烧过程和降低排放。研究表明:高原环境下燃用生物柴油燃料,缸内碳烟浓度有比较明显的降低,但是排放物中的氮氧化物含量会增加,随着曲轴转角的增加,生物柴油的氮氧化物排放量逐渐减少,SOOT排放恶化。单缸柴油机在128°油束夹角下燃用生物柴油的NO_x排放量最低;138°和148°油束夹角下颗粒物排放最低。可为提升单缸柴油机性能提供技术参考。In order to reduce the excess pollutants caused by environmental factors,the in cylinder process simulation of single cylinder diesel engine fueled with biodiesel was carried out on the basis of almost no change of engine structure and no post-treatment device,and the combustion process and emission reduction of diesel engine were optimized under the condition of only changing the fuel spray angle.The results show that:in the plateau environment,when using biodiesel fuel,the soot concentration in the cylinder decreases obviously,but the NOx content in the emissions increase.With the increase of crankshaft angle,the NOx emission of biodiesel gradually decreases,and the soot emission worsens.The NOx emission of a single cylinder diesel engine is the lowest when it is fueled with biodiesel at the spray angle of128°and the particulate emission is the lowest at the spray angle of 138°and 148°.This research can provide technical reference for improving the performance of single cylinder diesel engine.
