摘 要:在人口老龄化不断加剧的当下,延迟退休成了学术界和企业界关心的热点话题,但现有研究并不能很好地回答延迟退休行为如何影响企业创新的问题。梳理了影响员工延迟退休意愿的因素,分析了员工延迟退休行为对企业创新发展的影响,并构建了系统动力学模型进行仿真分析。结果表明,员工延迟退休意愿的提升对于企业创新发展具有推动作用,其中,提升员工工作满意度和社会经济地位,重视知识型员工等策略,均能有效推动企业创新发展。As population aging accelerates,delayed retirement has become a popular topic in the academic and the business community.However,the existing research cannot tell how delayed retirement affects the innovative development of businesses.This paper combed factors that affect employees’willingness to retire later,analyzed the impact of delayed retirement on innovative development of businesses,and built a system dynamics model for simulation.Results show that the increase of employees’willingness to postpone retirement can help businesses develop in a more innovative way.Innovative development of businesses may be enhanced by improving job satisfaction as well as social and economic status of employees,and attach importance to knowledge employees.
