鼻窦鳞状细胞癌组织中PRL-3和C-erbB-2和PDCD5的表达及与病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌(SNSCC)组织中促肝细胞再生磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)、原癌蛋白C-erbB-2、程序性细胞死亡因子5(PDCD5)的表达及其与病理特征的关系。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月间山东临沂平邑县人民医院收治的42例原发SNSCC患者肿瘤组织为SNSCC组,另设30例鼻息肉(NP)患者组织为NP组和20例中鼻甲部分切除术患者的中鼻甲黏膜组织为正常组作为对照,比较三组鼻黏膜组织中PRL-3、C-erbB-2和PDCD5的表达情况,分析SNSCC组组织中PRL-3、C-erbB-2和PDCD5的蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果SNSCC组鼻黏膜组织PRL-3和C-erbB-2阳性表达率(73.8%和85.7%)均高于NP组(40.0%和20.0%)和正常组(20.0%和15.0%),PDCD5阳性表达率(71.4%)均低于NP组(86.7%)和正常组(95.0%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。SNSCC组鼻黏膜组织PRL-3、C-erbB-2和PDCD5蛋白表达与患者性别和年龄无关(P>0.05)。PRL-3和C-erbB-2蛋白表达与患者病理分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05),PDCD5蛋白表达与患者分化程度有关(P<0.05),与病理分期和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论PRL-3、C-erbB-2和PDCD5蛋白与SNSCC的发生发展密切相关,联合检测PRL-3、CerbB-2和PDCD5表达有助于SNSCC临床诊疗,或可为SNSCC治疗提供新靶点,是SNSCC的预后标志物。Objective To explore the expression of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3(PRL-3),proto-oncoprotein C-erbB-2,and programmed cell death factor 5(PDCD5)in sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma(SNSCC)tissues and its relationship with pathological features.Methods The tumor tissues of 42 patients with primary SNSCC were collected at People's Hospital of Pingyi County from January 2017 to December 2019 and included in a SNSCC group.Tissues of 30 patients with nasal polyps(NP)were included in a NP group and normal middle nasal turbinate tissues of 20 patients undergoing partial turbinate reduction were included in a control group.THE expression of PRL-3,C-erbB-2 and PDCD5 were compared among the three groups.The relationship between the expression of PRL-3,C-erbB-2 and PDCD5 proteins in SNSCC tissues and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The positive expression of PRL-3 and C-erbB-2 was higher in SNSCC group(73.8%and 85.7%,respectively)than in NP group(40.0%and 20.0%,respectively)and the normal group(20.0%and 15.0%respectively)(all P<0.05).The positive expression of PDCD5 was lower in in SNSCC group(71.4%)than in NP group(86.7%)and the normal group(95.0%)(all P<0.05).The expression of PRL-3,C-erbB-2 and PDCD5 was not associated with patient gender and age in SNSCC group(P>0.05).The expressions of PRL-3 and C-erbB-2 proteins were associated with pathological stage,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05)and the expression of PDCD5 protein was associated with degree of differentiation(P<0.05)rather than pathological stage and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion PRL-3,C-erbB-2 and PDCD5 proteins are closely associated with the occurrence and development of SNSCC.The combined detection of PRL-3,C-erbB-2 and PDCD5 expression is helpful for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SNSCC.It may provide a new target for SNSCC treatment and become a prognostic marker.
