生态文明视角下江南水乡小镇产业区规划策略——以黎里镇为例

摘　　要：生态文明的实践与研究是当今规划设计关注的一个焦点,也是当前资源约束、环境恶化、生态系统退化现状下的科学战略。文章以黎里镇为例,分析水乡小镇产业快速发展与生态环境之间矛盾的同时,重点关注生态文明视角下产业与环境的融合,结合具体的设计实践,提出了产业生态用地互制、生态廊道引入、水路网共建,通过水环境治理为导向的低冲击理念,以期为实现水乡地区小城镇产业绿色发展提供实用的实施策略。The practice and research of ecological civilization is a focus of planning and design nowadays,and is the current scientific strategy under the background of resource constraints,environmental degradation and ecosystem degradation.Taking Lili Town in Jiangsu as an example,this paper analyzes the dilemma between the rapid development of water towns and the ecological environment protection.It focuses on the integrated approach of industry and environment from the perspective of ecological conservation,and combines with specific design practice to propose industrial ecological land mutual system,ecological corridor introduction,and waterway network co-construction.Then it puts forward a low-impact concept that is oriented by water environment control so as to provide practical implementation strategies for the green development of small towns in water area.
