摘  要:针对采用AZ91合金表面的体育器械完成了Al+Al2O3复合涂层的制备,并对复合涂层的表面和截面形貌进行了分析,未出现明显气孔或喷涂缺陷,在此基础上通过实验对比了复合涂层与AZ91合金的耐磨损性能,厚度可达210~320μm的Al+Al2O3复合涂层同体育器械基材间表现出了较佳的界面结合效果,相比于AZ91合金基材,复合涂层的磨损失重与磨损体积均得以显著降低,证明了Al+Al2O3涂层具有更好的耐磨性能。For sports equipment using AZ91 alloy surface,the preparation of Al+Al2O3 composite coating has been completed,and the surface and cross-sectional morphology of the composite coating have been studied.No obvious pores or spray defects have appeared.On this basis,the wear resistance performance of the composite coating and AZ91 alloy was experimentally compared.The Al+Al2O3 composite coating with a thickness of 210 to 320μm showed a better interface bonding effect with the sports equipment substrate.Compared with the AZ91 alloy substrate,the wear loss and wear volume of the composite coating are significantly reduced,which proves that the Al+Al2O3 coating has better wear resistance.
