摘 要:觉察当下,但不作评判,不作控制,不作改变,同时把注意力转移到行为表现任务上,本研究是将正念训练运用在羽毛球训练项目上的尝试。通过受试者训练前后各项正念指标的变化及比赛状况,分析正念训练的有效性。结果显示,正念训练对提高运动员的觉察能力、特质流畅度、接纳能力、增加正性情绪、投入、提高竞技比赛水平等方面均有效果。Be aware of the present,but do not judge,control or change,and at the same time,shifting attention to behaviora l per formance tasks.This study is an attempt to apply mindf ulness training to badminton training programs.The effectiveness of mindfulness training was analyzed through the changes of mindfulness indicators and competition conditions before and after the training.The results show that mindf ulness training has ef fects on improving athletes'awareness,trait f luency,acceptabilit y,positive emotions and investment,it also has effects on improving athletes'competitive level.
