摘　　要：在本次研究正式开始之前,笔者就“羽毛球技术教学”问题翻阅了大量文献资料,并对相关资料内容进行了深入研究,同时结合笔者多年的羽毛球教学实践经验,继而围绕高校羽毛球技术教学与训练这一议题展开了深入的探索,以期能够在帮助基层教师建立起对羽毛球技术教学全面、科学认知的同时,使其羽毛球技术教学水平得以有效提升。首先,本文简单阐述了高校羽毛球技术教学与训练的策略(培养学生在移动中完成技术动作的能力、在竞技过程中提高学生的技术水平、加大基础技术动作与特长技术的训练力度)。并就高校羽毛球技术教学与训练的重点进行了着重分析。Before this r esearch,t he a uthor has reviewed a large number of documents a nd materials on the issue of"badminton technique teaching",and has conducted in-depth research on the contents of the relevant materials,then around the issue of badminton teaching and training in colleges and universities,an in-depth exploration was car r ied out in order to help teachers at the grass-roots level establish a comprehensive and scientif ic understanding of the teaching of badminton techniques,so that its badminton teaching level can be effectively promoted.First of all,this paper brief ly expounds the tactics of teaching and t raining of badminton skills in colleges and un iversities,such as t raining the students'ability to complete technical movements in movement,improving the students'technical level in the course of competition,and strengthening the training of basic technical movements and special skills.And the focus of badminton technical teaching and training in colleges and universities is emphatically analyzed.
