摘　　要：基于我国高校足球联赛的发展能力有限和校企联合存在的短板,有必要探索我国高校高水平足球队进入职业足球联赛的有效方法,并进一步研究高校高水平足球队进入职业足球联赛影响因素,为高校足球运动的发展与改革提供必要的参考。本文分别从进入职业联赛后高校足球俱乐部的性质和组织结构、经费筹集渠道、队员的管理和教练员的管理等方面进行论述。Based on the limited development ability of the College Football League and the short board of the school-enterprise joint,it is necessary to explore the effective methods for the college high-level football team to enter the professional football league,and further study the influencing factors for the college high-level football team to enter the professional Football League,so as to provide the necessary reference for the development and reform of the college football.This paper discusses the nature and organizational structure of college football clubs,the channels of fund-raising,the management of players and coaches after entering the professional league.
