摘  要:对话教学是基础教育课程改革背景下的一个研究热点和焦点,然而对话教学理论与实践之间存在断裂现象。惯习滞后性是教师迈向对话教学场域中必须正视的问题。孔子惯习体现在对学生的尊重、鼓励、信任和包容,重视诗教并运用近取譬,叩其两端而竭。迈向对话教学场域的教师惯习重构包括重构教材解读力,走出固化理解模式;重构人际沟通力,走进学生内心世界;重构情境指导力,促成学生经验转变。Dialogue teaching is a research hot spot and focus in the background of the curriculum reform of basic education,but there is a gap between the theory and practice of dialogue teaching.The lag of teachers'habits is a problem that must be faced in the field of dialogue teaching;Confucius'habit is embodied in respect,encouragement,trust and tolerance for students.It is also reflected on paying attention to poetry teaching,using close analogy and knocking on both ends for a complete understanding.Towards the field of dialogue teaching,the reconstruction of teachers'habits includes the reconstruction of textbook interpretation and jumping out of the solidified understanding mode,the reconstruction of interpersonal communication and entering the inner world of students,the construction of situational guidance and promoting the change of students'experience.
