摘　　要：探索行白内障超声乳化吸出手术时,于角膜最大轴位上行3.2 mm透明角膜切口,是否可以提高患者术后的视锐度,减少术后角膜散光度数,而不影响患者角膜功能。相对于传统的右眼行颞上方,左眼鼻上方3.2 mm透明角膜切口,在视锐度,角膜散光,角膜内皮计数方面是否存在优势。为白内障超声乳化吸出手术切口的选择提供新的方案,给予白内障术后患者更好的视觉质量[1]。To explore whether the transparent corneal incision with 3.2 mm ascending the maximum axial position of the cornea during phacoemulsification can improve the visual acuity of the patients after operation,less the degree of corneal astigmatism after operation,without affecting the corneal function of the patients.to provide a new scheme for the selection of surgical incision for phacoemulsification of cataract,and to give better visual quality to patients after cataract surgery.The phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification of cataract were performed to mm a clear corneal incision 3.2 mm the maximum axial position of the cornea.corneal astigmatism,corneal endothelial count whether there are advantages.
