摘 要:目的探讨生活饮用水微生物检验方法以及评价标准分析。方法随机抽取了400例生活饮用水样本,进行2种方法检验,实验组(多管发酵法)和对照组(滤膜法)。结果2种检验方法检验饮用水微生物检出情况存在显著差异性,数据存在差异性,χ^2=42.821/27.279/55.741/32.228,P<0.05。结论对生活饮用水采用多管发酵方式检验效果良好,有效提高微生物检出率。而对生活饮用水进行微生物检测则是评价水质中生物性污染物的重要指标。Objective To explore the methods and evaluation standards of drinking water microbiological examination.Methods 400 samples of drinking water were randomly selected and tested by two methods,the Experimental Group(multi-tube Fermentation)and the Control Group(membrane filtration).Results there were significant differences between the two methods,χ^2=42.821/27.279/55.741/32.228,P<0.05.Conclusion The method of multi-tube fermentation is effective for the detection of microorganisms in drinking water.The microbial detection of drinking water is an important index to evaluate the biological pollutants in water quality.
