摘 要:气吹辅助式深松机具有负载多变性,非线性,大滞后的特点。为保证其深松的气压稳定性与喷射精度,设计一种模糊PID的恒压变量控制系统,该系统由气压传感器、MEMS深松传感器、电机、小型柴油机、电磁阀与单片机组成。控制策略利用Matlab的Simulink中的Fuzzy Logic Controller制定模糊控制规则,并将模型生成C代码,编译后在MC9S12XS128中进行实际控制。该系统达到稳态的时间相比传统PID控制方式缩短20 s,超调量相比传统控制方法小43%,气压波动量约±0.36 kPa。Pneumatic-assisted subsoilerwhich has characteristics of load variability,nonlinear,large hysteresis,in order to ensure its deep loosening pressure stability and precision of injection.The pneumatic-assisted subsoiler has the characteristics of variable load,non-linearity and large lag.In order to ensure the air pressure stability and injection accuracy of the system,this paper designs a fuzzy PID constant pressure variable control system,which consists of air pressure sensor,MEMS deep loose sensor,motor,small diesel engine,solenoid valve and single chip microcomputer.The control strategy makes use of Fuzzy Logic Controller in Matlab Simulink to formulate fuzzy control rules,and generates C code for the model,and carries out actual control in MC9 S12 XS128 after compilation.Compared with the traditional PID control method,the time for the system to reach the steady state is shortened by 20 s,the overshot is 43%smaller than the traditional control method,and the air pressure fluctuation is about±0.36 kPa.
