摘  要:以茶树品种槠叶齐为材料,研究茶叶专用套餐肥对茶叶产量与品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,施用茶叶专用套餐肥的T1~T4处理春茶发芽密度分别提高了18.48%、16.96%、13.34%、28.77%,夏茶发芽密度分别提高了2.99%、0.48%、0.12%、7.31%,春茶鲜叶产量分别提高了22.89%、5.65%、27.34%、11.60%;T1、T4处理的春茶水浸出物含量分别提高0.08%、5.84%;茶多酚含量分别提高2.18%、7.80%;氨基酸含量分别提高5.45%、6.68%。这表明该茶叶专用套餐肥可在一定程度上促进茶树生长,提高茶叶产量与品质,尤以T4处理[基肥,茶叶专用复合肥(N-P2O5-K2O=24-11-10)80 kg/667m2;追肥包膜尿素(44%)10kg/667m2]效果更佳。Using the tea variety Zhuyeqi as the experiment material,the effect of tea special set fertilizer on tea yield and quality was studied.The results showed that compared with the control,in T1-T4 treatments applied with tea special set fertilizer,the germination density of spring tea increased by 18.48%,16.96%,13.34%and 28.77%,respectively,that of summer tea increased by 2.99%,0.48%,0.12%and 7.31%,respectively,and the fresh leaf yield of spring tea increased by 22.89%,5.65%,27.34%and 11.60%,respectively.In T1 and T4 treatments,the content of water extract of spring tea increased by 0.08%and 5.84%,respectively,the content of tea polyphenols increased by 2.18%and 7.80%,respectively,the content of amino acids increased by 5.45%and 6.68%respectively.The tea special set fertilizer can promote the growth of tea plants and improve tea yield and quality to a certain extent,especially T4 treatment[tea special compound fertilizer(N-P2O5-K2O=24-11-10)1200 kg/hm2;top dressing with coated urea(44%)150 kg/hm2]has a better effect.
